28 Sept 2022 Our team harvested olives from heritage trees thought to be up to one-thousand years old. The olives are transported to a local press for oil extraction and bottling. All indications are for a better harvest this year compared to last.

When curating our work to meet the unique wants and needs of each guest, partner, team member and also project, we find that sporadically turning off all technology around us allows space for #inspiration. Whether it is through mind mapping, hand sketching, or even taking the time to hand paint an aquarelle, we feel that focusing our thoughts through selectively scaling back the process drives #innovation.
What was the last time you switched off all electronic devices around you and went back to pen and paper, to move forward?

At Jayasom Ibiza, original dry stone walls have been incorporated into both building architecture and sustainable land management practices. We seek to highlight the importance of preserving this ancient construction technique and its resource implications while authentically sharing the heritage value inherent in the property.

We are delighted to be custodians of such a farmland that will provide organic fresh produce for wellness purposes – for eating as well as herbs for inhalation, oils for relaxation and beans or nuts for scrubs and exfoliation.
