WASTE MANAGEMENT
Our objective: zero waste. This starts with our purchasing and sourcing decisions, and on site, our procedures dictate how we separate waste, upcycle, recycle and compost for our organic farms, wherever we can.
ENERGY AND WATER CONSUMPTION
Energy and water underpin many wellness services so we work constantly to operate responsibly: employing alternative energy, on-site springs, rainwater harvesting, waste treatment and constant messaging to staff and guests.
ORGANIC FARM
Our on-property farm policy not only means chemical-free fruit and vegetables for our guests and staff, it feeds self-sufficiency in food production, fewer food miles and increased waste management efficiency.
HERITAGE DRY STONE WALLS
Ibiza is well known for its mountainous landscapes, terraced farmlands, poultry and other agricultural activities. From ancient times a construction technique known as ‘dry stone’ was used in buildings as well as in walls for soil retention and conservation.
